BUNDL is based in Bedford, Texas, right in the middle of DFW. Our standard delivery area is designed around approximately a 50-mile service radius from Bedford.

If you're outside the standard area, don't count yourself out. Contact us with your ZIP code and we'll confirm whether we can accommodate your move and quote any additional distance charge before you pay.

Returned totes are inspected and prepared before the next rental so your BUNDL arrives clean and ready to use.
BUNDL uses reusable 27-gallon moving totes designed for practical household packing and consistent stacking.
Contact BUNDL before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are subject to availability and additional rental charges.
The website collects your preferred delivery window. Your requested time is confirmed after BUNDL reviews availability and sends confirmation by email or text.
Customers are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned. Replacement charges may apply under the Rental Terms.
No. BUNDL is a reusable moving-tote rental service. We deliver and pick up the totes; you handle packing and moving your belongings.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your confirmed delivery window for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation/restocking fee. After delivery, rental charges are non-refundable.
Contact us before pickup. If approved, the extension is billed as one additional week at the published weekly extension price for your selected BUNDL and is subject to tote availability.
A $10 replacement charge applies for each tote that is missing, unreturned, or damaged beyond repair.
Not yet. Selecting a time temporarily holds the delivery slot. Complete your Square payment within 30 minutes. Once payment is received, your rental is considered paid and confirmed. BUNDL does not deliver unpaid reservations.

RENTAL TERMS

PAYMENT

Payment, including applicable sales tax, is due in full to confirm a reservation.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

All BUNDL totes remain the property of BUNDL Bin Rentals and must be returned by the scheduled pickup date.

LOST / DAMAGED / UNRETURNED

Customers are responsible for rental equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned. A $10 replacement charge applies per missing, unreturned, or non-repairable tote.

LATE RETURNS

Need more time? Contact BUNDL before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are billed as one additional week at the published weekly extension price for your selected BUNDL. Extension requests are subject to availability.

PAYMENT & RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Selecting a delivery appointment temporarily holds the requested time. A BUNDL rental is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment should be completed within 30 minutes of booking. Unpaid reservations may be canceled and the delivery time released. BUNDL will not deliver rental equipment unless payment has been verified.
